4)Choose the way to pay
You have to choose the payment way,wheter through WISE account or direct payment our bank accouunt or Paypal.
5)Get an invoice
We will send an invoice which includes delivery fee and insurance and packing fee,bank fee or Paypal fee.
（All invoice amounts will be posted in Japanese Yen.）
You will pay money to either WISE or Bank account or Paypal.
After payment has been confirmed,we will prepare the goods for packaging.
We will send photos of the package with a tracking number so that you can track the goods.
You will receive the goods.

There is a fee for each payment method.
You will need to get a WISE account.
Getting an account is very easy.
We recommend that you get a WISE account so that you can pay quickly and cheaply.
Bank fee 0 yen
We will pay the above fee to the bank to make a deposit in Japanese Yen.
We will charge you this amount.
Total less than 200,000 yen → 5,000 yen
200,000 yen or more → 8,000 yen
500,000 yen or more → 10,000 yen
Approximately 4% of the total including shipping
We deliver equipment
Shipping fee will change depending on weight after packing and receiving area so we will quote.

If you have an account with one of the above carriers or any other carrier,
we can also ship at your arrangement.
Regard to shipping fee
If we actually pack a package such as a record player tightly before shipping,
it may be heavier and bigger than the estimated weight and size.
In that case, the shipping cost may be higher than the estimated amount.
If there is a big difference from the billed amount, we may inform you of an additional charge.

In addition, we will always ship with insurance.
(The insurance amount will be the amount stated on the invoice)

In the above cases, the insurance claim will be discussed by the carrier and the sender.
The recipient will disclose the condition of the goods to the shipping company.
The sender receives the insurance amount and then it is refunded to the recipient.
The refund amount will be the amount if the shipping company refunds the item amount and shipping cost.
Please note that packing fees, bank fees, etc. are non-refundable.
Whether our claim covers the entire insurance amount depends on the situation.
Regard to packing fee
We pack thoroughly to deliver equipment in good condition.
Customers have to pay for packing fee according to the weight of goods below:
30kg over 15,000yen
Please correspond to expenses such as tariffs at the customer
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not usually mark merchandise values below value.
